I- DEFINITIONS
Undefined terms in this Privacy Policy have the same definition as in our Terms and Conditions.
II- COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

(C) Information you have shared with others (e.g., Reviews) will continue to be publicly visible on our Website, even after your account is cancelled. However, attribution of such information to you will be removed. Some copies of your information (e.g., log records) will remain in our database, but are disassociated from personal identifiers.
Because we take measures to protect data from accidental or malicious loss and destruction, residual copies of your personal information may not be removed from our backup systems for a limited period of time.
VIII- ACCOUNT PROTECTION

X- MINORS
Our Website, app and/or our services are not designed to be used by persons under 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to use this Website, app or services. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 18, we will delete that information.

XIII- CONSENT
(A) Necessity for the performance of a contract to which the user is party to,
(B) necessity to take steps at the request of the customer prior to entering into a contract,
(C) necessity for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Website or by a third party,
(D) or necessity for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Website is subjected.
XIV- PROVISION TO THIRD PARTIES AND JOINT USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will require subcontractors to strictly manage Personal Information as if it were the Website, and ensure necessary and appropriate monitoring of subcontractors, and where using Personal Information, the Website will comply with the security of such information by entering into a contract which includes matters which must be stated in accordance to GDPR with subcontractors.
XV- HANDLING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Website employs appropriate measures to ensure that customer Personal Information is kept accurate and up to date.
The Website will only store the Personal Information for the period necessary for the achievement of the purpose of use, and within a reasonable period after the expiration of the required storage period, safely erase or anonymize the Personal Information.
XVI- TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD COUNTRIES
When the transfer of Personal Information is necessary for the performance of a contract between the customer and the Website, app and related services or the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the customer’s request, we may transfer Personal Information obtained within the EU to the third country. In case of transfer to a country which lacks an adequate protection, the Website will take the necessary measures to ensure data protection that meets the GDPR standards.
All the personal information and data which the customer resident in each of the following countries provides to the Website shall be subject, in addition to the terms and conditions and privacy policy set forth herein, to the following laws and regulations:
(a) The UAE federal law on the data protection No. 44 of 2021 which applies to all data controllers and processors located in the United Arab Emirates.
(b) The Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) which applies to the collection, use or disclosure of personal information of Canadian residents in the course of commercial activities.
(c) The British International Data Transfer Agreement and Data Protection reforms and the new pro-active cybersecurity obligations which applies to all United of Kingdom residents and to all controllers and processors located or operating in United Kingdom.
