Return & Refund Policy


  1. Loyabi’s goal is to provide you with an excellent service experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to assist you. Once your order is received, please review the order as soon as possible. If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service team within two (2) business days since receiving  your order.

 

  1. Eligible Products to Return: Loyabi offers returns for products -if eligible for return-  within two (2) days of you receiving the shipment; Products that are eligible for return have the  “R” tag under offer details. However, products that are not eligible for return cannot be returned under any circumstances. A product will not be accepted as returned until it has been notified to the customer that it is accepted for return.

 

  1. Return and Refund Process: It may take up to seven (7) business days based on your location for a product to reach us once returned.

 Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to (2-10) business days for us to receive and process your returned product. After the return is processed, it may take up to fourteen (14) business days for the refund to get credited to your credit card or your Loyabi wallet if you paid in cash. Your refund is subject to the condition of the returned product.

 

  1. Shipping fees are non-refundable.                                                                                                              
  2. Money collection fees are non-refundable.                                                                                                                                                                            
  3. Transfer fees of the refundable amount on the bare of the customer.                                                                                                                                       
  4. Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

 

(A) For Electronics and Mobile

The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.

  • If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must be returned too.

 

(B) Beauty and Health

Hair and personal care, vitamins-dietary supplements and sports nutrition products are not eligible for return.

Beauty (Cosmetics, Skin Care, etc.), fragrances and Health products that are opened or used will not be accepted.

 

(C) Fashion

Apparels such as underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bra, socks & tights are not eligible for return.

Apparel products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging.

Footwear, eyewear, watches, bags & luggage must be returned in their original packaging with all tags completely intact.

 

(D) Home & Kitchen

Furniture and large home appliances are not eligible for return.

Home decor products are accepted for return only if the product is unopened, free from any damage and must be in the original packaging.

Unwrapped bedding products will not be accepted for return.

Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed will not be accepted unless they are defective.

 

(E) Sports & Outdoors

Products eligible for return can be returned only if the product is not used and is in the original packaging.

 

(F) Toys & Games

Dressing up costumes are non-returnable

Toys and Games that are used, activated or missing parts will not be accepted for return.

 

(G) Baby Products

Hygiene-related products, feeding & training accessories, diapers and accessories, bath care, and medical treatment products are not eligible for return.

Baby products eligible for return must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.

 

(H) Grocery

All Grocery items are non-returnable.

 

(I) Automotive

The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.

If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must be returned too.

 

(J) Tools & Home Improvement

The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.)

Any item which is used or damaged will not be accepted for return.

 

(K) Books

Books that are eligible for return will only be accepted if unused, not torn, or damaged, and in their original condition.

 

(L) Pet Supplies

Products that are eligible for a return, unused, and in the original packaging can be returned. It must be in the same condition as the customer received it.

Perishable goods such as food treats and supplements cannot be returned.

 

(M) Stationery & Office Supplies

The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.)

Any item which is used or damaged will not be accepted.

 

  1. General conditions applicable to all returns.

Loyabi shall reserve the right to return a product to the customer if the returned product does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions. The customer shall not be entitled to any refund if the product is not eligible for return. In the case a product is declined for a return request at any stage, we will make two (2) attempts to deliver the product back to the customer. In case both attempts of delivery are unsuccessful, we will hold the product for three (3) business days only in our delivery hub. The customer can raise a request for another attempt with our customer care team within three (3) business days post the last notified attempt. If we receive the request from the customer for another attempt within three (3) business days post the last notified attempt, we can arrange the last attempt for delivery within two (2) business days otherwise the item will be sent for liquidation and the customer won’t be able to request for the delivery of the product again.

 

  1. Circumstances under which the Eligible Products can be accepted for Refund or Exchange:

- Faulty items damaged/broken upon arrival.

- Incorrect size/color.

 

  1. All returns must:

- Have NO signs of wear, washing, or improper care,

- Have NO damage or stains,

- Items with tags must have all tags attached.

Note: Returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging that will prevent item(s) from damage while in transport.

  1. Products not eligible for Return:

- Undergarment items (panties/shapewear, underwear, bras, socks, etc.)

- Swimsuits / Swimming Trunks 

- Bodysuits

- Facemasks / Face Gaiters

- Jewelry Accessories

 

  1. Delivery Circumstances under which the products are not eligible for Refund:

- Wrong address provided by customer / no consignee

- Invalid contact information provided by customer

- No answer to delivery calls or emails

- Didn't collect package by the deadline

- International orders, customer refuses to accept package/pay tax fee/ complete customs clearance

 

  1. Refunds will not be granted for purchases received through shopping points or gifts or giveaways.
